Private Strategy + Coaching Sessions
In our monthly sessions together, it’s all about YOU. We’ll deep dive together on the opportunities, decisions, and challenges at hand, while optimizing and strengthening the foundations, systems, and structures at play . You’ll have my brain and 10+ years of experience supporting female founders across industries for consulting, coaching, and strategic support to harmonize your entire business ecosystem, inside and out, no matter what arises.
Group Mastermind Sessions
Twice a month, we’ll gather for 2-hour sessions on Zoom with all mastermind members. These sessions will be recorded to refer back to, but are always the most powerful when you join us in real time to get your individual questions answered, receive support, and drop in with our intimate community to share ideas, cheer each other on in the chat box, and share suggestions. Each person who attends live will receive a “hot seat” to receive laser coaching on any topic area of your choosing. Time will be divided as evenly as possible between everyone live on the session.
All Inclusive Luxury Retreat
We’ll gather in real life (!!!) for a deeply rejuvenating, perspective-shifting, and luxurious 5-night, 6-day retreat. Space for rest + resetting is part of any sustainable strategy — upon arrival, you’ll have everything taken care of so you can just focus on receiving + opening up to your next big idea.
Shared accommodation + dinners are included in your mastermind investment. Transportation, breakfasts + lunches, excursions, + any additional snacks or beverages are not included.
Exact retreat dates + location will be confirmed once enrollment is complete, to ensure everyone is able to attend.
Ongoing Support Between Live Sessions
You’ll have access to a private Mastermind only discussion thread for ongoing support from fellow mastermind members + Emily to voice memo your questions, ideas, challenges and get answers, solutions, and new perspectives. Please allow for a 24-hour response window, M-Th. This is your space to share ideas, resources, referrals, updates, celebrations, and more to support your scale.
You will also have exclusive access to Emily’s Review + Request form to submit a weekly query for hands-on reviews of your creations, offers, copy, and any other assets you may create (Think: sharing a working Google Doc together)! This form must be submitted by EOD Wednesday to be reviewed by Emily every Thursday. The sky isn’t even the limit!

If we determine you’re a great fit for the mastermind and genuinely feel we can support you to evolve into your next level, you’ll be invited to join us and make your first payment as a deposit. If another service we offer is a better fit for you, we’ll make that recommendation, and if not, we’ll refer you to someone who would be a great fit for your needs.

The program is 12 months long. We begin in April and close at the end of May of the following year.

Due to the intimate + high-touch nature of the support provided in this mastermind, we are quite choosy about the women entrepreneurs who become part of the experience. We limit enrollment to 13 women each year, sometimes less, but never more.
It’s important to us that you receive the quality + attention you deserve throughout our experience, so we don’t overfill our capacity so we can best serve our intimate Mastermind cohort each year.

The mastermind is the most intimate and in-depth way to work with Emily, and is designed to be most supportive for the seasoned woman entrepreneur who's already seen challenges + successes in her business, and is ready to go all-in on her vision and devote herself to showing up fully to do a lot of deep inner and outer work and take action to create sustainable success in all areas of her life.
This is also the only way to receive access to our annual international Mastermind retreat, and receive ongoing support from Emily outside of or beyond a 90-day Intensive. This lengthened structure helps deepen + expand the work you’ll get to do together, and the intimate understanding Emily has of the intricacies and nuances of your unique business and who you are as a leader.

Our first official session will be a 3-hour Virtual Retreat, and will take place the week of April 7th, 2025. Exact call times + dates will be determined once enrollment is complete, at least 2 weeks in advance of our first call.

Our Retreat will take place in May or June 2025. Exact dates will be determined throughout the onboarding process, so that we can find dates that align for all members.
In the past, we have shifted retreat plans and dates to accommodate women who are the best fit for the mastermind. We don't ever want dates to be a barrier to your decision to receive the support you desire, and we do our best to accommodate your needs on a case-by-case basis. That’s why we wait to choose specific dates until enrollment is complete.
If you are unable to attend the retreat or do not wish to travel, you may exchange this for a 2-hr virtual private intensive w/ Emily on Zoom. *conditions apply
