Hi, I’m Emily—A CEO and Business Strategist & Leadership Coach who spends my time advocating for women's rights, supporting women-owned companies and their founders to thrive, while belting out Broadway tunes in-between.

Despite my multidimensionality and complexity (looks like we have that in common!), I'm simply here to walk alongside you as you intuitively follow your deepest calling as a female entrepreneur.

Coming from an all women's college with a professional background in Positive Psychology, Sustainability and Business consulting, I have been conditioned to do things differently — disrupting + reshaping systems of oppression toward a more regenerative, equitable, and liberated future.

It comes naturally to me to not only ask big questions, but to nourish any ecosystem that has the potential to make the world a better place for women (therefore for everyone).

My specific genius lies in deep listening, critical thinking, innovative problem solving, intentional business strategy, and intimate individualization in the context of community, all of which has led me to create this company and worldwide movement of women on the rise.

While acting as a strategic partner in your mission-led business, my approach is rooted in harmonizing the inner and outer complex systems that influence the fulfillment, profitability and evolution of your entrepreneurial journey.
